About an Ant Who Wanted to Be as Big as an Elephant is a gentle, beautifully illustrated children’s book inspired by love, imagination, and the quiet wisdom of childhood.
Created when my children were little, this story was born from watching their curiosity, dreams, and joy. Through the journey of a small ant with a very big wish, the book softly explores themes of self-belief, courage, and discovering that our true value doesn’t come from being bigger — but from being ourselves.
With simple language and tender illustrations, the story invites children to dream freely, embrace who they are, and understand that even the smallest heart can hold great strength.
This book is currently available in Czech language only and was self-published in the Czech Republic. It carries a meaningful message I would love to one day share with children around the world.

Thank you for the painting, which instantly captivated me. It radiates powerful strength and at the same time gentleness, it breathes pure and positive energy and love. It is perfect precisely because the author Edita Fields abounds in exactly these qualities. I look forward to the next work and wish you many successful paintings.
