Shipping cost for prints on canvas will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but it can take up to 14 days for the fine art prints to arrive and 2-4 weeks for the original paintings.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes your country may require.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Originals - Original artwork can be returned (insured) within 2 weeks, providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the returning shipping costs.
Fine Art Prints - Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order basis of my Fine Art Prints
I guarantee the quality of all of my artworks. If your item has arrived in a damaged condition, please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your package and please take a picture of the following:
1. The external packaging
2. The shipping label on the packaging
3. The damage to the artwork or frame
